A professional chef for over twenty years, twelve of those with two Michelin stars to his name, Daniel made his home in the area close to The Flitch of Bacon almost eight years ago. As part of his daily walk with his pet bulldogs Daniel would regularly pass by the beautiful Flitch building. When the opportunity arose to claim it as his own, he described it as ‘a must buy’.
The aim with the Flitch of Bacon is to have somewhere fantastic to bring his own family, as well as share it with the community around him. Amazing food, a wonderful drinks list; and all within walking distance of his own home.
