TUESDAY 22nd JUNE, SUMMER SOLSTICE FEAST
For 30 years Nyetimber has had a single aim: to make the finest English sparkling wine, one to rival the very best in the world. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to craft wines made exclusively from Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. In 1988, Nyetimber planted its first vines and today, the House is regarded as one of England’s finest wine producers. Owner and Chief Executive Eric Heerema and winemaker Cherie Spriggs are committed to producing wines of a Grande Marque standard. Each bottle of Nyetimber is crafted from 100% estate-grown grapes.
We invite you to join us for this very special evening to not only learn more about these delicious wines but enjoy the food pairing from the Flitch of Bacon kitchen.
TUESDAY 20th JULY,
Go wild at the Flitch!
Throughout Paul’s career, he has been lucky enough to work with foraging expert Chris Lewis of Bello Wild. Chris specialises in creating amazing dishes using the fruits of the land and we’re so excited to continue this working relationship. Chris will be joining us here at the Flitch of Bacon to host our very own foraging evenings throughout the year. Chris and Paul will collaborate to prepare seasonal menus using the delicious finds in season for your enjoyment!
