Go wild at the Flitch!
Throughout Paul’s career, he has been lucky enough to work with foraging expert Chris Lewis of Bello Wild. Chris specialises in creating amazing dishes using the fruits of the land and we’re so excited to continue this working relationship. Chris will be joining us here at the Flitch of Bacon to host our very own foraging evenings throughout the year. Chris and Paul will collaborate to prepare seasonal menus using the delicious finds in season for your enjoyment!
