Chef de partie

Apprentice chef

Eager, attentive and willing to learn.



The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be eager to learn the craft of being a chef under a masterful Chef Patron. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to Essex’s leading restaurant.



Kitchen porter

Clean, organised and proactive.



The ideal candidate will have proven experience within quality restaurants, have world-class organisation skills and a passion for keeping a restaurant running like clockwork.



Bar staff

Bold, precise and extravagant.



The ideal candidate will have experience in working in hospitality, being an exceptional mixologist and having a passion for delivering a first-class experience for guests.



Waiting staff

Friendly, approachable and alert.



The ideal candidate will have proven experience within quality restaurants, be confident and want to deliver a Flitch experience that leaves guests wanting to come back for more.
